- • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will play a pivotal role in building our exceptional team by supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for our product, engineering, and business functions. This is a crucial, hands-on position focused on execution, designed for individuals eager to immerse themselves in the intricacies of high-quality technical hiring.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of recruitment activities. You will be instrumental in sourcing candidates from a diverse range of channels, including professional networks like LinkedIn, employee referrals, various job boards, and through proactive, targeted outreach. This involves meticulously screening resumes to identify potential fits and conducting initial candidate interviews to assess fundamental qualifications, genuine motivation for the role, and essential communication skills.
- • A significant part of your role will involve the critical task of coordinating interviews. This includes seamlessly scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed, and diligently collecting and relaying feedback post-interview. You will be the central point of contact, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for everyone involved.
- • Maintaining the integrity of our candidate data is paramount. You will be responsible for ensuring that all candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) are accurate, up-to-date, and consistently managed. This data quality is essential for tracking progress, generating insights, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
