- • Lead the Health Analytics team in delivering embedded business intelligence solutions for nursing services and hospital operations, ensuring timely project delivery and data integrity.
- • Plan, assign, prioritize, and coordinate work distribution; monitor performance; provide input for evaluations; and oversee onboarding and training of team members.
- • Collaborate with directors, managers, end-users, and technical staff to develop analytical solutions, manage projects across the software lifecycle, and ensure compliance with change management and data governance standards.
- • Serve as a technical and professional mentor, facilitate skills development, maintain vendor/client relationships, and support process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare business, or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
- • Minimum of five years of leadership experience in information technology, technical services, or healthcare, with experience in technical project management, software and hardware, and client/vendor management.
- • Valid Virginia driver’s license required; ability to work irregular hours, weekends, and occasional overnight travel; participation in on-call rotation as needed.
