• • As a Tech Lead at CapiMoney Technologies Inc., you will join a small, high-performing team of engineers and product leaders shaping how the company scales its platform and impact in emerging markets trade.
• • You will work closely with the founding team across London and Paris to shape product vision and technical architecture, leading end-to-end delivery of complex projects while mentoring senior engineers and championing engineering best practices.
• • CapiMoney is building financial infrastructure for emerging markets, backed by $18M+ from top-tier investors, with a mission to grow GDP by making global trade fairer and more accessible through a platform used by businesses across ~100 employees in 10 countries.
• • In this role, you will drive technical excellence, ownership of system reliability, and innovation in areas like automated payouts, AI invoice approval, and WhatsApp-based quoting tools, while growing your impact as a hands-on individual contributor in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup.
