Tech Lead – Growth Engagement

📋 Description

• • As a Tech Lead on the Growth Engagement team at Kraken, you will be the technical anchor for a small squad of 3–5 engineers, driving the development of systems that bring users back and keep them engaged through rewards, re-engagement campaigns, referral programs, and conversion experiments.
• • Day to day, you will stay hands-on in the codebase writing production-grade TypeScript (React/React Native) and backend code in Rust, while making early architectural decisions for a greenfield engagement platform, breaking down leadership initiatives into executable plans, and mentoring engineers through technical leadership and code ownership.
• • You will join a mission-driven, fully remote company with Krakenites in 70+ countries, where the Growth Engagement team is a fast-moving squad focused on moving revenue and retention metrics through experimentation and innovation in crypto-powered user engagement.
