- • As a Technical Delivery Lead focused on AI, Modernization & Transformation, you will drive enterprise-scale transformation of CareSource’s platforms through Agentic AI, cloud-native architecture, and real-time data processing, modernizing legacy systems into scalable, intelligent, high-performance platforms.
- • Day to day, you will lead the implementation of Agentic AI systems, modernize legacy systems using reverse engineering, develop Java/Spring Boot and Python-based services, champion Test-Driven Development, design real-time data processing solutions, architect cloud-native platforms, and provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, mentoring, and collaboration with enterprise architects.
- • You will join CareSource Management Group Company, a mission-driven healthcare organization dedicated to improving health outcomes and fostering an inclusive workplace, where your work will directly impact the modernization of critical healthcare systems including EDI, Encounter processing, claims, and payments.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-driven engineering, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture while leading transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes in performance, cost efficiency, and system reliability, positioning you as a strategic technical leader in healthcare innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture
- • Strong hands-on expertise in Java (Spring Boot), Python, SQL, and MongoDB
- • Experience with Agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and production AI solutions
- • Proven experience designing real-time, distributed systems using event streaming platforms like Kafka
- • Strong experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks
- • Demonstrated expertise in reverse engineering and modernization of legacy systems, particularly in high-volume transactional systems such as EDI or Encounter processing
