- • Lead high-impact technical work focused on grid integration of advanced power systems, including data centers, renewable generation, battery energy storage, and complex industrial loads, to improve grid performance, reliability, and system stability.
- • Conduct technical analysis, develop industry-leading processes and standards, and coordinate modeling efforts for power electronic and power systems control in collaboration with technical and commercial teams.
- • Partner across GE Vernova businesses and with external stakeholders to shape technical solutions, facilitate knowledge sharing, and build new technical relationships globally.
- • Mentor engineers, oversee technical teams, lead IP development, and contribute to recruiting pathways and internship programs to strengthen global technical capability.
- • Manage project technical work, cost, and schedule while actively participating in a global environment that values teamwork, quality, customer service, and innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Power Systems Engineering with a minimum of 17 years of experience in the electric power industry.
- • Demonstrated experience in technical performance analysis of electric power systems with power electronic sources or loads, torsional interaction analysis, or transient analysis using EMT simulation tools.
- • 10+ years of experience in a consulting organization, OEM, utility, or system operator performing engineering analysis, design, and technical consulting services to customers.
- • 5+ years of experience mentoring less experienced engineers.
- • Willingness to travel 20% of the time.
