- • As a Technical Lead (Go/Java) at TrueLogic Company, you will serve as the primary technical leader in a dynamic, client-facing environment, driving full-cycle software development from estimation through deployment for a creative technology agency partnering with global brands.
- • Day to day, you will lead projects from estimation to deployment, architect end-to-end solutions using Go/Java and TypeScript, interact directly with clients to communicate technical concepts clearly, write and run unit tests, deploy applications on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Firebase, etc.), manage cloud instances, work with microservices and containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and collaborate across PST and EST time zones with cross-functional teams.
- • You will be part of TrueLogic, a leading nearshore staff augmentation provider headquartered in New York with over 600+ skilled tech professionals across Latin America, delivering technology solutions to startups and Fortune 500 companies while fostering career growth and alignment with transformative digital projects.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud-native architectures, strengthen client-facing technical leadership, gain experience guiding development teams through full software lifecycles, and advance your career by working on high-impact projects for top American companies in a supportive, autonomous, and globally diverse environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of recent experience using at least two of the following: Golang, Java, or Python
- • Professional experience building front-ends using TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- • Solid experience with cloud functions, hosting, and cloud instances (GCP, GAE, Firebase, or AWS)
- • Experience working with microservices, containers (Docker / Kubernetes), or cloud lambda functions
- • VERY strong communication skills paired with actual leadership experience
- • Mandatory timezone flexibility to handle PST and EST schedules regularly
