📋 Description

• Lead hands-on technical configuration, deployment, and validation of Tealium’s product suite (iQ, AudienceStream, EventStream, DataAccess, Insights) for enterprise customers, primarily through in-product GUI configuration.
• Maintain regular on-site presence with customers in the EMEA/MENA region to ensure visibility, engagement, and successful implementation delivery.
• Write and debug performant, scalable JavaScript for tag management, data layer enrichment, and server-side functions to support customer data collection and activation.
• Troubleshoot front-end issues including JavaScript tags, APIs, mobile SDKs, and network-level data discrepancies using tools like Chrome DevTools, Postman, Charles, and Fiddler.
• Implement best-practice data strategies for event tracking, user identity resolution, customer data visualization, segmentation building, and audience activation across web and mobile platforms.
• Develop custom attributes and features to generate robust visitor profiles for advanced segmentation, modeling, and AI training workflows.
• Integrate Tealium with marketing and analytics platforms such as Google Suite (GA4, SA360, Ads), Adobe Suite (Analytics, Target, Experience Manager), Meta, Salesforce Suite (Marketing Cloud, CRM), Snowflake, and Databricks using pre-built tags and connectors.
• Consult on data sources feeding into Tealium, including websites, mobile apps, data warehouses, and call centers, and configure inbound connections or workflows to pull data from these systems.
• Collaborate with customers to translate business objectives into data strategy and solution design, guiding them on customer data architecture, tag governance, and privacy-compliant data capture.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions and workshops with client teams to identify opportunities for expansion and future value across the Tealium product suite.
• Stay informed on the evolving role of AI in the martech ecosystem and support customers in preparing data infrastructure for AI-driven personalization, insights, and automation.
• Operate autonomously while coordinating closely with the regional EMEA team for training, escalations, and internal planning.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication via project management tools (Jira, Confluence) and remote collaboration platforms (Zoom, Slack).
• Represent Tealium with cultural sensitivity and professionalism when engaging with diverse stakeholders across the EMEA/MENA region.
• Contribute to internal and customer-facing knowledge bases, playbooks, and documentation to standardize delivery practices.
• Share insights and learnings from customer projects to improve internal tooling, processes, and delivery methodology.
• Participate in peer reviews, team stand-ups, and cross-functional projects with Professional Services and Solutions Engineering teams.
• Demonstrate strong ownership, resourcefulness, and accountability by operating independently, leveraging AI and modern tools effectively, applying data-driven decision-making, and adapting to evolving technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience with Tealium’s full product suite (iQ, AudienceStream, EventStream, DataAccess) or similar Digital Marketing technology
• 5+ years’ experience in a client-facing, technical implementation, solutions engineering, or Martech consulting role
• Ability to travel regionally to support customers and business operations
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web debugging tools (Postman, Chrome DevTools, Proxies like Charles/Fiddler)
• Strong understanding of data layers, tag management systems, and event-based architecture
• Experience with digital marketing and analytics platforms: Adobe Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Amplitude
