📋 Description

• As a Technical Lead, iOS at CreditGenie, Inc., you will help architect the company's mobile apps for the next 2-3 years of growth, leading complex initiatives across team boundaries and driving the design and development of high-quality, stable, and low-latency iOS applications.
• You will collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to architect new products and define compelling UX within the iOS mobile app, provide technical leadership to improve development practices and design patterns, write clean and reusable code in Swift and SwiftUI, lead all phases of the development lifecycle including code reviews and stand-ups, mentor other engineers, and stay abreast of emerging technologies to enhance the product suite.
• CreditGenie is a mobile-first financial wellness platform founded in 2019, backed by Khosla Ventures and led by industry pioneers from PayPal, Square, and Cash App, with a mission to empower individuals to achieve long-term financial stability through AI-driven insights and access to cash and credit-building tools.
• In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the technical direction of a growing fintech product, lead a team of engineers, deepen your expertise in Swift and SwiftUI, influence product strategy through cross-functional collaboration, and gain experience in scaling mobile applications for millions of users while contributing to a mission-driven culture focused on financial inclusion.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of professional iOS development
• Proficient in Swift (We use Swift 6) and SwiftUI
• Experience leading large-scale projects with organizational impact, and partnering directly with product, marketing, and engineering teams in a highly iterative environment
• Technical Leadership experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
