- • As a Technical Product Manager for AI Engineering & Systems at Jerry.ai, you will lead the strategy and execution of the company’s customer-facing Agentic AI product, leveraging LLMs, agents, and internal APIs to create a seamless, magical experience for users while working directly with partners like OpenAI to integrate Jerry.ai services into the ChatGPT App and pioneer new model capabilities.
- • Day to day, you will learn the prompt engineering workflow by writing and updating prompts, understanding how tech stacks like Propelix, Botly, CRM, GitHub, and Replit interact, identifying bottlenecks, owning the technical prioritization queue for chatbot improvements, defining a strategy to consolidate prompts from six disparate locations onto a unified platform, and tracking emerging technologies like voicebot and computer use to inform AI investment decisions.
- • You will join a pre-IPO startup that has raised $240M, serves 5M+ customers, is profitable, and is building America’s first and only super app for car ownership — simplifying insurance, financing, maintenance, and safety through AI-powered automation in a fragmented, legacy industry.
- • In this role, you will accelerate your career growth by reporting directly to the COO, owning one of the company’s most important growth levers, working in a flat org chart with ambitious goals, and gaining end-to-end ownership of AI platform strategy — from prompt consolidation to shaping the future of consumer AI applications like voicebots and computer use — while collaborating across engineering, data, operations, and product teams to drive execution without adding process overhead.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as forward deployed engineering, technical product management, or similar at a fast-paced startup
- • Passion and curiosity for AI systems including modern LLMs and related technologies
- • Track record of taking complex, strategic ideas and turning them into scalable, production-grade products
- • Familiarity with SQL and comfort diving into data to answer questions and validate hypotheses
- • Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and lead by example when implementing AI platform standards
