- • As a Technical Recruiter at Influur Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization by attracting and hiring top-tier talent for our critical Product, Data, and Technology teams. - • You will own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from proactively identifying potential candidates through sophisticated sourcing strategies to managing the interview process, extending offers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- • This position demands a strategic approach, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership. You will provide insights into talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and innovative recruitment strategies to ensure Influur remains competitive in attracting the best engineers, data scientists, product managers, and other technical professionals.
- • A key aspect of this role involves building and refining recruitment processes from the ground up (0→1). This includes developing employer branding initiatives, optimizing candidate experience, implementing efficient screening methodologies, and leveraging recruitment technology to streamline operations.
- • You will be responsible for developing and executing diverse sourcing strategies, going beyond traditional job boards to explore channels such as professional networks, industry events, open-source communities, and targeted outreach campaigns.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring for Product, Data, and Engineering roles.
- • Demonstrated success in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- • Experience building and scaling recruitment processes, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
- • Excellent understanding of technical roles, common tech stacks, and the ability to effectively engage with technical candidates.
- • Strong sourcing skills, with proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems).
