- • Own complex technical issues end-to-end via live chat and tickets. Whether a WordPress site is throwing 500 errors after a PHP upgrade or a DNS misconfiguration is breaking email delivery, you will diagnose root causes, craft plain-language explanations, and implement fixes that restore business-critical services before sunrise in Europe and the Americas.
- • Translate “geek speak” into step-by-step guidance that a first-time blogger in Brazil or an e-commerce entrepreneur in Canada can follow without fear. Your superpower is empathy paired with precision: you’ll screenshot, annotate, and record GIFs so customers feel confident clicking "update" or "migrate" at 2 a.m. their time.
- • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to feed real-world pain points into Kodee, our AI assistant. Your nightly insights will directly shape smarter auto-responses, new knowledge-base articles, and product fixes that prevent the next 10,000 customers from ever hitting the same roadblock.
- • Rotate through weekend and holiday coverage without burning out. Our scheduling engine balances night blocks (e.g., 11 p.m.–7 a.m. ICT) with generous recovery days, ensuring you can pursue a degree, care for family, or simply binge Netflix between shifts.
- • Champion continuous improvement. Each week you’ll quantify your impact—ticket CSAT, first-response time, and knowledge-base deflection—and pitch at least one experiment (macro, workflow tweak, or training idea) to the CS Ops squad. 🎯 Requirements
- • Fluent English (C1 or native) with flawless written grammar and the ability to explain DNS propagation to a non-technical user at 3 a.m.
- • 1+ years of customer support experience in a tech or SaaS environment, preferably handling live chat or tickets at scale
- • Solid grasp of web hosting fundamentals: domains, DNS records, email routing, FTP/SFTP, MySQL, SSL, and basic website troubleshooting
- • Comfortable working fixed night shifts (ICT) including some weekends; reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace
- • Nice to have: advanced knowledge of cPanel/hPanel, WordPress, LiteSpeed, performance optimization, or prior exposure to AI support tooling
