- • As a Technical Support Specialist III at Employ Inc., you will provide advanced technical support to customers using the company’s ATS platforms—Jobvite, Lever, and JazzHR—ensuring seamless resolution of complex issues and enabling recruiters to focus on connecting with talent.
- • Day to day, you will troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical cases, collaborate with engineering and product teams to diagnose root causes, document solutions in knowledge base articles, and mentor junior support staff while maintaining high customer satisfaction through timely, empathetic communication.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- • 3+ years of experience in technical support for SaaS platforms, preferably in HR tech or applicant tracking systems
- • Strong troubleshooting skills with experience in SQL, APIs, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proven skill in explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
- • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud) and knowledge base documentation
- • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment
