- • The Technology Program Quality Assurance Engineer at Covetrus plays a critical role in advancing quality and regulatory operations through technology-driven solutions, ensuring compliance while enhancing efficiency, scalability, and data integrity across quality management systems.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying automation opportunities in quality workflows, leveraging AI and low-code tools like Power Automate and Copilot to streamline processes, administering and optimizing QMS platforms, developing analytics dashboards for quality metrics, and supporting investigations into nonconformance events and CAPA using data-driven root cause analysis.

- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in quality systems, regulatory compliance (including DSCSA), and process automation, while gaining hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools, data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau), and cross-functional collaboration across IT, Supply Chain, and Quality teams—positioning them as a technical leader in quality engineering innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline
- • 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering, quality systems, or a related technical role within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or regulated environments
- • Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), data analytics tools, and process automation platforms such as Power Automate or similar low-code/no-code solutions
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Power Automate and Copilot, and familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- • Working knowledge of Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) and data integrity principles (e.g., ALCOA+), with ability to ensure electronic records comply with SOPs and regulatory standards
