- • As the VP of Engineering at Change.org, you will shepherd the technical vision and enable cross-functional partners to contribute technically to the product, reporting directly to the CTO.
- • You will lead the Elections team as an AI-forward strategic executive leader focused on scaling, maturing, and innovating team operations.
- • You will drive Clear and strong AI collaboration model between functions, strong technical leadership as we evolve product development, significant increases in user engagement and growth through product-driven initiatives, a trusted partnership with the VP of Product on growth strategy, cross-functional alignment on growth best practices, and Change.vote's data foundation strategy.
- • You will build a product that handles bursty traffic patterns around elections, scale products across diverse or international user bases, and lead new product teams or cross-functional squads.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including hands-on coding and architecture.
- • 7+ years in engineering leadership roles, including managing managers.
- • Proven experience leading new product teams or cross-functional squads.
- • Experience scaling products across diverse or international user bases.
