- • The Territory Manager will be a key production member reporting to the SVP, Head of Canada Branch, responsible for developing and executing business development plans to drive PURE’s growth in specified territories across Canada.
- • Day to day, the role involves serving as the primary business development partner for defined broker partners, conducting regular sales calls and meetings to execute plans and measure progress against KPIs, identifying and onboarding new brokers, increasing production with a focus on profitable business, managing underperforming brokers, building relationships with centers of influence (COIs), exploring new partnerships with Family Offices, Wealth Management Firms, and Real Estate entities, establishing relationships with influential PURE promoters, and collaborating with internal stakeholders on territory growth and profit planning.
