📋 Description
- • As a Trainee IT Consultant (m/w/d) at Mindsquare AG, you will embark on a three-month intensive trainee program designed to fast-track your development into a Senior IT Consultant within 2-3 years. This role is ideal for recent graduates passionate about IT consulting who want to make an immediate impact through hands-on project work and structured learning.
- • Day to day, you will participate in SAP/ABAP and Salesforce training with official certification, engage in soft skills and project management workshops, contribute to challenging IT projects for mid-sized companies and international corporations, and take on responsibilities in programming, consulting, and process design under mentorship.

🎯 Requirements
- • Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or Business Sciences with a focus on Informatics
- • Fluent German language skills for effective communication with German-speaking clients
- • Passion for IT and the motivation to turn your hobby into a profession
- • Willingness to work on-site at client locations when required
- • Commitment to continuous learning and lifelong professional development
- • Submission of academic transcripts alongside your CV to assess your strengths and study focus
