📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of UX research studies for a 12-month, full-time engagement (40 hrs/week) conducted entirely remotely within the U.S. You will be the go-to expert for designing, launching, and managing structured questionnaire-based studies that directly inform product strategy and user experience decisions.
• • Architect research plans from the ground up: translate ambiguous business questions into testable hypotheses, select appropriate methodologies, craft unbiased survey instruments, and build studies inside Qualtrics with rigorous logic, branching, and validation rules that ensure data integrity.
• • Drive data-collection operations at scale by configuring sampling frames, setting quotas, monitoring response quality in real time, and troubleshooting technical issues before they compromise results. You will juggle multiple concurrent studies—each at different stages—while maintaining meticulous documentation and version control.
• • Perform basic to intermediate statistical analysis (frequencies, crosstabs, t-tests, regressions, significance testing) to uncover patterns, segment audiences, and validate findings. Translate raw numbers into concise, compelling narratives that stakeholders can act on, using clear visualizations and plain-language takeaways.
• • Partner daily with product managers, designers, data scientists, and marketing teams to refine research objectives, align on timelines, and socialize insights. Your ability to translate stakeholder needs into precise research questions will determine the success of every study.
• • Champion participant privacy and data ethics by implementing consent flows, anonymization protocols, and secure data-handling procedures that exceed industry standards and comply with the company’s candidate-privacy-statement.
• • Continuously improve research operations by documenting best practices, creating reusable Qualtrics templates, and training teammates on survey design principles. Your playbook will become the foundation for faster, higher-quality research cycles.
• • Contribute to a culture of evidence-based decision-making by presenting findings in weekly insight reviews, hosting “lunch-and-learn” sessions, and embedding research artifacts in shared knowledge bases so insights live beyond individual projects.
• • Monitor emerging research tools and methodologies, piloting new features in Qualtrics or complementary platforms that could increase efficiency, improve data quality, or unlock deeper behavioral insights.
• • Balance speed and rigor: deliver rapid directional feedback within days while also executing longitudinal or high-sample studies that require weeks of careful planning and data collection.
