📋 Description

• Vice President of Engineering at Cyara Inc., a global leader in Automated CX Assurance Platform, responsible for driving technical excellence, scalable product delivery, and embedding AI capabilities across the platform to ensure flawless customer journeys across voice and digital channels.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing technology strategy aligned with business goals, leading global engineering organizations, overseeing the full CX software development lifecycle from design and functional testing through load testing, chatbot validation, and continuous production monitoring, and fostering a culture of innovation, integrity, and curiosity.
