📋 Description

• Vice President of Product & Engineering responsible for owning the vision, strategy, and technical execution of Atmosera’s core operational and client-facing platforms: AMP (Atmosera Management Platform) and SERA.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include engineering platforms that automate internal service workflows, drive AI-assisted efficiency, protect scaling capacity, and own the client-facing visualization engine (SERA) to translate complex backend operations into transparent dashboards for end-users.
• As a dual-persona platform leader, the role serves internal Cloud Operations and Client Onboarding teams while leading a unified engineering organization spanning established US teams and growing nearshore hubs in LATAM.
• The position requires a hands-on "Player-Coach" executive who will operate from Latin America, roll up sleeves to engage in technical details, and act as a cultural champion using high emotional intelligence to integrate cross-border teams into a single, high-performing development engine.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading engineering and product teams in a technology-driven services environment.
• Strong technical background in platform development, including experience with Applications, Data & AI, DevOps, Security, and Microsoft Azure.
• Demonstrated ability to lead distributed, cross-border teams with high emotional intelligence and cultural integration skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with capability to engage in technical execution while providing strategic direction.
• Experience building and scaling internal platforms that automate service workflows and drive AI-assisted efficiency.
