  • • Ping Identity is seeking a visionary Vice President of Product & Solution Marketing to lead market narratives, shape category leadership, and drive revenue impact during a critical growth phase for the company. This role is pivotal in defining Ping's market presence and ensuring its leadership in the evolving identity and access management landscape, especially as Artificial Intelligence reshapes the industry. You will act as the strategic foresight for the company, anticipating industry shifts and opportunities, and translating them into actionable strategies that resonate with enterprise clients. Your work will directly influence the company's long-term market vision and competitive positioning, ensuring Ping remains at the forefront of cybersecurity and digital identity solutions.
  • • In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for a broad spectrum of strategic marketing initiatives. Your day-to-day activities will involve deep dives into market intelligence and competitive analysis to anticipate industry shifts and identify high-leverage opportunities across products, market segments, and go-to-market channels. You will define and refine buyer personas and customer journeys, crafting compelling category narratives that shape market perception and establish Ping as a thought leader. A key aspect of your role will be partnering closely with the CEO and executive team to set the company-wide vision and market direction, ensuring alignment on positioning and differentiated value propositions. You will develop messaging frameworks that scale effectively across all products and solutions, creating comprehensive launch strategies, solution handbooks, and sales enablement plans. Furthermore, you will lead naming, branding alignment, and solution packaging strategies, building a scalable content strategy rooted in strategic differentiation. Your responsibilities extend to owning the go-to-market strategy and planning for major product and solution launches, creating integrated launch frameworks that align Product, Marketing, Sales, and Partners. Ensuring sales readiness, enablement, and knowledge transfer are world-class will be paramount, as will establishing launch dashboards and post-launch analytics to rigorously measure success. You will also drive partner go-to-market alignment and solution marketing to foster ecosystem growth, and crucially, grow and develop the Product and Solution Marketing team to support the company's scaled growth trajectory.

For launching and growing the business, you will own go-to-market strategy for major launches, ensuring alignment across all internal teams and external partners. You will also be responsible for revenue acceleration, partnering with sales to improve deal velocity and win rates, leading win/loss analysis, and optimizing solution packaging based on performance signals. This role is about driving strategic impact across the entire product and solution lifecycle, from initial market definition to eventual sunsetting, ensuring maximum value and brand equity are maintained throughout.
