📋 Description

• Video Producer role focused on creating compelling video content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to drive engagement and build BJAK’s brand across digital platforms.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include developing video concepts, storyboards, and scripts; shooting footage using professional techniques; editing with color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and subtitles; managing multiple projects from concept to delivery; collaborating with Creative, Marketing, and Social teams; optimizing content using data insights; and maintaining organized asset archives.
• BJAK is a mission-driven technology company that built Southeast Asia’s leading insurance platform, serving over 8 million users, and is expanding into AI-integrated applications with a flat, hands-on culture focused on engineering and product excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Film, Multimedia, Communication, or related field
• 2+ years in videography, video editing, or content production
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent software
• Experience with cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording
• Portfolio or showreel of past work is required
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
