📋 Description

• A dynamic role focused on visual storytelling and creating high-quality video content to elevate BJAK’s brand and drive audience engagement across digital platforms.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing video shoots, operating camera and audio equipment, editing footage with attention to pacing and storytelling, applying color grading and sound design, managing media assets, and collaborating with Creative, Marketing, and Social Media teams to produce cohesive content for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, Communications, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing (agency or in-house)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition)
• Skilled in camera operations, lighting techniques, and audio recording
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, video algorithms, and content optimization
• Strong portfolio or showreel showcasing a variety of video styles and storytelling approaches
