📋 Description
- • As a VMware Cloud Foundation Engineer – Senior Consultant, you will play a strategic role in designing and implementing modern, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructures for medium and large enterprises across various industries, leveraging evoila’s expertise as a European leader in Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Native, Data & AI, and App Modernisation.
- • Day to day, you will gather and analyse customer requirements in VCF/SDDC environments, create and coordinate architectural concepts, conduct strategy workshops, develop implementation roadmaps, implement designed solutions, and perform high-end troubleshooting on VMware-based infrastructures including vSphere, vSAN, NSX, VCF, and HCX.
- • You will join evoila, a recognized partner of VMware and Microsoft, operating in a non-bureaucratic, international, and results-oriented environment with strong growth in Spain, where you will collaborate with experienced Cloud Engineers and contribute to the development of VMware practice in Spain through mentorship and pre-sales support.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in software-defined data centres, gain hands-on experience with automation tools like Ansible and Terraform, advance your VMware certifications, and develop leadership skills by guiding technical decisions and stakeholder engagement in complex hybrid cloud and IT modernization initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 5 years of professional experience in Software Defined Data Centres
- • Expert-level knowledge of VMware solutions including vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and VCF
- • Fluent Spanish and very good English language skills
- • Experience designing virtualization and/or cloud infrastructure environments
- • Confident handling of Linux and Windows systems
- • Experience in dealing with IP networks
