VP, Corporate Controller

📋 Description

• • As VP, Corporate Controller at Lightspeed Commerce Inc., you will provide executive oversight of the Global Controllership function, including Accounting, Revenue, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP), reporting directly to the CFO in a fast-paced, public company environment.
• • You will set the enterprise-wide strategic vision for global finance functions, lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes in accordance with IFRS, own relationships with external auditors and the Audit Committee, and drive process transformation and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
• • You will join a global finance team of 100+ professionals at Lightspeed, a dual-listed (NYSE: LSPD, TSX: LSPD) commerce platform serving retail, hospitality, and golf businesses in over 100 countries, founded in 2005 with a strong commitment to inclusion, diversity, and empowering communities through technology.
• • In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape financial strategy at a scalable public company, mentor and develop high-performing global teams, influence IFRS 15 revenue recognition policies, and lead finance transformation efforts that directly impact business strategy and operational excellence.
