Bhd., you will lead marketing efforts that directly impact user acquisition, retention, and brand awareness for a leading insurance platform serving over 8 million users across Southeast Asia, shaping how millions perceive, engage with, and trust the brand while driving high-growth campaigns and scaling marketing across multiple countries.
• • You’ll own and drive the full marketing strategy — digital, brand, content, and campaigns — for London and regional markets (SEA), lead and coordinate cross-channel marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, CRM, and more, plan and execute performance marketing initiatives with clear KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversions), build and lead the content marketing engine (blogs, video scripts, landing pages, campaign messaging), shape and evolve the BJAK brand voice and positioning across platforms, manage creative production with internal teams and external agencies/freelancers, analyze data and market trends to generate insights and strategic improvements, collaborate with product, design, sales, and data teams to align marketing with business goals, own the marketing calendar, budget, and resource allocation with ROI-driven decisions, and support go-to-market (GTM) efforts for new products and features.

• • In this role, you will develop strategic leadership in high-growth tech environments, gain end-to-end ownership of marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels and geographies, strengthen data-driven decision-making and analytical skills, enhance cross-functional collaboration with product, design, sales, and tech teams, refine brand development and creative production capabilities, and build expertise in scaling marketing operations in fast-paced, outcome-oriented cultures where impact outweighs hierarchy.
