- • The VP of Architecture is a hands-on executive leadership role responsible for defining and executing the company’s architectural vision and strategy, consolidating systems, and establishing a foundation for sustainable velocity and innovation in a global SaaS platform.
- • Day to day, the role involves driving a 1–3 year global architecture roadmap, leading system unification and modernization, establishing architectural principles, evaluating and introducing best-in-class technologies, partnering with the CTO, overseeing re-architecture initiatives, aligning product lines, leading data and event-driven infrastructure efforts, balancing standardization with team autonomy, leading a global team of architects and senior engineers, fostering technical excellence and psychological safety, mentoring senior technical leaders, and communicating complex decisions to executive and non-technical stakeholders.

- • In this role, the individual will shape the technical foundation of a scalable, secure, and resilient platform, drive organizational impact through architectural leadership, develop deep bench strength in engineering, influence cross-functional strategy, and gain visibility at the executive level while contributing to a mission-driven culture focused on excellence, intentionality, and human impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years in technology leadership roles, including 3+ years in architecture or platform strategy at scale
- • Demonstrated success in scaling and consolidating multi-product or post-M&A SaaS platforms
- • Deep expertise in distributed systems, modern SaaS architecture, and database design
- • Experience leading and influencing teams of 50+ engineers and architects globally
- • Proven track record driving system migrations, refactoring, or platform unification initiatives
- • Expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and event-driven or microservices ecosystems
