- • As VP of Information Technology & Business Systems at TekMetric, you will lead the company’s internal technology strategy, ensuring systems scale with growth and become a competitive advantage for an all-in-one cloud-based platform serving auto repair shops.
- • You will own the 12–24 month technology roadmap, drive tool strategy across the corporate SaaS stack, lead AI enablement and governance, manage IT infrastructure and vendor relationships, oversee identity and access management, and build and lead a high-performing IT team while serving as a strategic business partner to executive leadership.
- • TekMetric is a mission-driven, fast-growing SaaS company founded in 2017 that empowers auto repair shops with innovative software, built on values of transparency, integrity, innovation, and service-first mindset, with a culture that rewards ownership, curiosity, and impact.
- • You will have the opportunity to shape TekMetric’s internal technology foundation from a strategic and operational level, influence cross-functional decisions without authority, drive AI adoption, optimize technology spend, and develop talent in a high-impact role where builders thrive and honest feedback fuels growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years across IT, systems, and business technology, with 4+ years in senior leadership at a 300–1,500 employee SaaS company
- • Deep fluency in integration architecture and real opinions about GTM tools like Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Gainsight, HubSpot, and Vitally
- • Experience owning IT budgets, vendor contracts, and technology investments with judgment to prioritize ruthlessly and balance speed, security, and scalability
- • Deep experience with IAM (Okta, Google Workspace), security practices, and compliance frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO
- • A builder mentality — you’ve built functions from scratch, are energized by greenfield work, and can operate as both a strategic leader and a hands-on operator
