📋 Description

• Lead a regional field sales team of Metro & Area Practice Development Managers to drive CareCredit usage and credit submissions across the Southeast region, reporting directly to the VP, Dental Sales Leader.
• Hire, mentor, coach, counsel, co-travel, and train a team of PDMs while executing national and regional sales/marketing strategies to increase provider visits, applications, and product integration.
• Work within Synchrony Financial’s Dental Sales organization, a mission-driven team focused on expanding access to healthcare financing through innovative payment solutions in the dental industry.
• Develop leadership expertise in field sales management, data-driven performance tracking via Salesforce and Tableau, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic planning while contributing to regional revenue growth and team development.
