- • As Twilio’s Web Analytics & Insights Manager, you will partner with cross-functional teams to drive a scalable, holistic web analytics strategy that ensures data integrity, accuracy, and reliability across Twilio.com, enabling data-driven decision-making at scale.
- • Day to day, you will work closely with the Web team to deliver desired analytics tracking, own and maintain GA/web analytics implementation and troubleshooting, brainstorm creative solutions with technical and non-technical stakeholders, drive continual capability improvements, and own recurring monthly and ad-hoc analysis, deep dives, and storytelling to uncover actionable insights across site, page, channel, and A/B testing performance.
- • You will join Twilio’s remote-first, globally inclusive team that values connection, innovation, and empowerment, where you’ll collaborate with UX, CRO, Web Strategy, Web Dev, Demand Gen, SEO, Content, and CDP SMEs to unify data strategies and maximize the integration between CDP and Google Analytics for a 360-degree customer journey view.
- • In this role, you will grow your presence company-wide as a subject matter expert, eventually owning cross-functional relationships, while developing expertise in scalable analytics solutions, stakeholder enablement, and AI-driven analytics workflows, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in web analytics and insights.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5 years of experience in web analytics
- • Expertise in Google Analytics 4, both implementation and analysis
- • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and browser dev tools
- • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing frameworks, as well as web personalization
- • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- • Detail-oriented with a passion for clean, trustworthy data
- • Strong analytical skills with a track record of independently exploring data, delivering insights, storytelling, and actionable recommendations
- • Excellent collaborator across cross-functional teams; skilled in managing stakeholder projects
- • Highly reliable and accountable. A self-starter.
- • Interest or experience in applying AI-driven solutions to analytics workflows
