- • Own the visual future of high-revenue DTC brands. You will be the primary design force behind landing pages that serve millions of visitors and directly influence eight-figure annual sales. Every pixel you place has measurable impact.
- • Partner daily with our CRO Manager in a true “design-meets-data” collaboration. Together you will turn hypotheses into wireframes, wireframes into high-fidelity mock-ups, and mock-ups into live Shopify experiences that are A/B tested within hours—not weeks.
- • Design, build, and iterate on Shopify landing pages that convert cold traffic into loyal customers. You will handle everything from information architecture and UX flow to typography, color, imagery, and micro-interactions, always balancing brand aesthetics with ruthless conversion focus.
- • Run continuous experimentation using Convert.com. You will launch multivariate and split tests, read results like a scientist, and translate winning patterns into scalable design systems that the whole marketing team can reuse.
- • Optimize existing pages based on heat-maps, scroll-depth, and revenue per session. When data shows friction, you will redesign sections, adjust hierarchy, or rebuild entire templates to squeeze out every extra basis point of conversion.
- • Champion UX clarity across the company. You will run quick usability sessions, collect customer feedback, and create lightweight prototypes to validate ideas before engineering resources are committed.
- • Maintain a living design system in Figma and Shopify. You will document components, tokens, and guidelines so that new campaigns can be spun up in minutes without sacrificing consistency or quality.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with copywriters, media buyers, and developers. You will translate marketing angles into visual stories, ensure tracking pixels fire correctly, and hand off clean, developer-friendly assets that load fast on every device.
- • Stay ahead of e-commerce design trends and AI tooling. Whether it’s generative imagery, dynamic personalization, or new Shopify features, you will experiment early and share learnings so the entire tribe levels up.
- • Work in 2-week sprints with clear KPIs: uplift in add-to-cart rate, average order value, and overall revenue. Your success is celebrated publicly in Slack and during monthly virtual town-halls.
- • Enjoy full autonomy over your schedule within EET-friendly hours. We care about outcomes, not micromanagement, so you can surf at sunrise or code at midnight—as long as the tests keep winning.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years designing high-converting Shopify stores for DTC or e-commerce brands
- • Proven hands-on experience with Convert.com or similar A/B testing platforms
- • Portfolio demonstrating UX-driven landing pages that improved conversion metrics
- • Fluent English and availability for at least 5 hours overlap with EET business hours
- • Nice-to-have: working knowledge of Liquid, HTML/CSS, and basic JavaScript
