Workday Data Conversion Consultant

📋 Description

• • As a Workday Data Conversion Consultant at Definian Inc., you will serve as a subject matter expert and lead on end-to-end data migration activities across Workday implementations, translating complex legacy data landscapes into clean, validated Workday-ready data for Financial Management, HCM, and Payroll workstreams.
• • You will own the full conversion lifecycle from strategy and planning through go-live cutover, developing data conversion plans, mapping documents, and leading iterative testing cycles while collaborating with client SMEs, functional consultants, and technical architects.
• • You will partner closely with Workday Delivery Leaders, consultants, and customer finance and HR teams to drive conversion strategy, execute testing loads, and lead data cutover activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial, HCM, and payroll data migrations.
• • You will produce governance documentation, communicate risks and status, mentor junior analysts, and gain deep expertise in Workday data conversion tools and methodologies while contributing to high-impact enterprise transformations for global brands.
