- • As a Workday Procure to Pay and Inventory Lead at Guidehouse Inc., you will play a critical role in helping organizations transform their financial operations through expert implementation of Workday Financial solutions, directly enabling better business decisions by streamlining procurement, payment, and inventory processes for clients across industries.
- • You will serve as a hands-on technical and functional lead on Workday Procure to Pay (P2P) and Inventory modules, driving end-to-end implementation lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live support, and post-production hypercare, while mentoring junior consultants and collaborating with project leadership to ensure successful delivery.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include facilitating design workshops with client stakeholders to capture and translate business needs into Workday configurations, documenting functional and technical specifications, configuring core P2P and Inventory modules (including supplier management, purchase orders, invoicing, payments, and inventory tracking), supporting user acceptance testing, resolving issues during go-live, and providing ongoing support during stabilization phases.
- • You will actively contribute to Guidehouse’s innovative Workday Practice culture by sharing insights, participating in internal knowledge sessions, proposing process improvements, and helping refine delivery methodologies to enhance team performance and client outcomes.
- • You will develop deep expertise in Workday’s Financials suite, particularly around procurement lifecycle integration with inventory and supplier management, while building consulting skills in change management, stakeholder engagement, and solution advisory—positioning you for advancement into senior functional lead, practice leadership, or solution architecture roles within Guidehouse’s growing cloud ERP practice.
- • You will join a collaborative, high-performing team of Workday advisory professionals who prioritize innovation, continuous learning, and client impact, working within Guidehouse’s broader Technology & Risk division that serves Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations undergoing digital transformation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree with minimum five (5) years of Workday Procure to Pay experience; OR Master’s degree with minimum three (3) years of Workday Procure to Pay experience; OR no degree with minimum nine (9) years of Workday Procure to Pay experience
- • Proven experience in at least one (1) full end-to-end Workday Procure to Pay implementation lifecycle
- • Current holder of one or more Workday certifications in Procure to Pay, Strategic Sourcing, Expenses, Supplier Accounts, or Inventory
