📋 Description

• Fractional Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) role focused on designing and implementing scalable security and governance architectures for fast-scaling European organizations in regulated environments.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include architecting enterprise-grade information security strategies, risk-based governance frameworks, security-by-design integration, threat modeling, security control design, incident response frameworks, vendor risk management, certification readiness for ISO 27001 and SOC 2, alignment with EU regulations like NIS2 and DORA, and creating security performance dashboards and executive communication frameworks.
• Part of 10Xteam Inc., a curated cybersecurity leadership capability supporting multiple high-growth technology environments with a focus on transforming fragmented security efforts into scalable, auditable platforms that enable business growth.
• Opportunity to operate at executive and board level, translate technical risk into business impact, and build institutional-grade security frameworks that scale with product growth and regulatory exposure across multiple client environments.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in cybersecurity leadership roles
• Proven experience designing and implementing security programs in scaling environments
• Deep knowledge of risk management and control frameworks
• Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and enterprise customer security requirements
• Ability to operate at executive and board level
• Strong technical fluency combined with strategic judgment
