  • • As a Motion & Graphic Designer at Directive Consulting LLC, you will create performance-driven visual assets that directly impact client business outcomes across digital advertising channels, blending creativity with data to stop the scroll and drive measurable results in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, industrial, and commerce markets.
  • • Your work will bridge design and performance marketing, transforming audience insights and campaign goals into high-converting motion graphics, ad sets, landing pages, and video cutdowns optimized for platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring brand consistency while adapting creatively to diverse audience segments.
  • • You will join a remote-first, revenue-focused marketing consultancy that values People First, diversity, and inclusion, working alongside cross-functional media, content, and client teams to execute A/B tests and data-driven design experiments using tools like Optimizely, Unbounce, and Crazyegg.
  • • Day to day, you will craft compelling design assets backed by data to improve digital marketing KPIs; produce motion graphics and short-form video cutdowns for social advertising; edit existing video into platform-optimized ad units; collaborate with media and content teams to align creative with audience insights; maintain brand consistency across static, motion, and video assets while adapting to audience segments; partner with internal and client teams to understand business goals and data for A/B testing; design and implement A/B tests using CRO tools; conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis to validate design decisions; iterate designs based on feedback, data, and testing outcomes; manage multiple projects while communicating updates to stakeholders; and stay current on CRO, UX, and emerging tech trends including AI and automation in marketing.
  • • You will work within a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment that prioritizes measurable impact over aesthetics for its own sake, gaining exposure to enterprise brands and developing expertise in performance marketing design where your creative decisions are validated by data and directly influence client ROI.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on performance-driven creative and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • • 1 year of experience with motion graphics using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
  • • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and basic video editing/motion graphics capabilities
  • • Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective work with cross-functional and client teams
  • • Knowledge of performance marketing metrics including A/B testing, CRO analytics, heatmapping, and experience designing for data-driven campaigns
  • • Motivation to stay ahead of industry trends, including learning how AI and automation can enhance marketing and operations
