- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing ad sets, landing pages, motion graphics, and short-form video cutdowns; editing video assets for platform-specific ad units; collaborating with media and content teams; maintaining brand consistency; conducting A/B tests using tools like Optimizely and Unbounce; performing user research and usability testing; iterating designs based on data and feedback; managing multiple projects; and staying current with CRO, UX, and emerging tech trends.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on performance-driven creative and conversion rate optimization
- • 1 year of experience with motion graphics
- • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and basic video editing/motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
- • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional and client teams
- • Knowledge of performance marketing metrics including A/B testing, CRO analytics, heatmapping, and experience designing for data-driven campaigns
- • Motivation to stay current with industry trends, including AI and automation applications in marketing

- • Annual base salary range of $70,000–$95,000 CAD for this remote Canada-based role
