🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading creative teams in advertising, digital marketing, or media agencies
- • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in concept development, visual storytelling, and multi-platform campaign execution
- • Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and familiarity with motion graphics and video production
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with global teams, clients, and platform partners
