• • Day to day, the role involves leading cross-functional teams to deliver world-class digital experiences, translating business strategy into actionable design principles, driving client workshops, overseeing end-to-end user journeys and IA, mentoring design talent, fostering a culture of creativity and experimentation, and presenting confidently to stakeholders at all levels.
