• As a key member of our technology team, you will be instrumental in architecting robust applications utilizing the AWS technology stack. This includes hands-on experience with services such as AWS DynamoDB for efficient data management, AWS S3 for scalable object storage, and .NET Core for building high-performance backend services.
• Your role will extend beyond individual contribution; you will be expected to be hands-on in designing technical solutions and leading development teams. This leadership aspect is crucial, as you'll guide fellow developers through the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
• A significant part of your responsibility will involve collaborating with and leading DevOps teams to establish and optimize deployment pipelines. You will ensure seamless integration, automated testing, and efficient deployment processes, contributing to our agile and responsive development environment.
• Exceptional communication skills are paramount. You will be the bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, articulating complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. This includes explaining the advantages and strategic implications of adopting modern application architectures, such as microservices, in contrast to traditional monolithic structures.
• You will be responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of new features and applications, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.

• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in .NET Core, AWS, and front-end technologies, evaluating their potential application within Qodeworld.
• Drive the adoption of DevOps principles and practices, promoting a culture of collaboration between development and operations teams.
• Ensure the security and compliance of applications developed, adhering to industry best practices and company policies.
• You will be a champion for modern software development methodologies, promoting agile practices and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience as an Application Developer, with a strong emphasis on successful project delivery.
• Expertise in the .NET framework and related technologies, including a deep understanding of .NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS, including services like DynamoDB and S3.
• Proficiency in front-end development using Angular.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire technical teams, coupled with strong project management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders.
