• • Join Humana Inc. as a .NET Full Stack & Data Engineer and help shape the future of Medicare Advantage risk-adjustment technology. You will design, build, and maintain end-to-end solutions that power In-Home Wellness Assessments (IHWA) and Provider Programs, directly improving health outcomes for millions of members.
• • Architect and deliver modernized .NET applications—migrating legacy .NET 4.8 code bases to .NET 8+—while ensuring zero-downtime deployments and backward compatibility in a highly regulated healthcare environment.
• • Own the full SDLC: write clean, modular C# code; craft responsive front-end experiences; optimize SQL Server schemas and stored procedures; and orchestrate big-data pipelines in Azure Databricks using PySpark and SQL for risk-score analytics.
• • Build rock-solid Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines (YAML & classic) that automate build, test, security-scanning, and multi-stage releases to dev, QA, and production, slashing deployment time from days to minutes.
• • Implement hybrid-cloud patterns that span Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory, Azure Stream Analytics, Snowflake, and on-prem sources, ensuring PHI remains secure, compliant, and highly available.
• • Partner daily with business analysts, product managers, clinicians, and compliance officers to translate complex Medicare regulations into elegant technical solutions that close care gaps and maximize accurate risk-adjustment submissions.
• • Drive data-engineering excellence by authoring Databricks notebooks that ingest, cleanse, and enrich millions of member records nightly, enabling predictive models that identify high-risk patients before costly interventions are needed.
• • Champion DevSecOps best practices: integrate Checkmarx SCA/SAST scans, Tricentis qTest test management, and HashiCorp Vault secret management into every pipeline gate, ensuring HIPAA/HITRUST controls are met without slowing delivery.
• • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers through code reviews, brown-bag sessions, and pair programming, raising overall team velocity and code quality quarter over quarter.
• • Maintain comprehensive documentation—architecture decision records, run-books, data dictionaries, and API specs—so knowledge is never siloed and audits are painless.
• • Continuously research Cloud 3.0 technologies (serverless, confidential computing, lake-house architectures) and pilot them in proof-of-concepts that keep Humana at the forefront of healthcare innovation.
• • Occasional travel (estimated 5–10 %) to Humana offices for planning summits, training, and team-building events; all travel is planned well in advance to respect your remote-first lifestyle.
