- • We are hiring 4-6 Senior Managers, BizOps & Analytics to drive impact in growth marketing, product development, AI & automation, and strategic partnerships.
- • As a Senior Manager, you will sit on our central BizOps & Analytics team but be embedded in one of Jerry's core business areas.
- • You will own the analytical function for that business unit end-to-end, defining the right problems, surfacing data insights, and driving outcomes.
- • You will work closely with product, growth, finance, and operations teams to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- • You will be responsible for defining metrics, building reports, running analyses, designing experiments, and surfacing data insights that move your team's key metrics.
- • You will bring recommendations to your counterparts and tell them what's happening and why, and what next steps should be.
- • You will act like your name is on the door, feeling responsible for fixing issues even if they're outside of your swim lane.
- • You will be a first principles thinker, breaking down ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses before touching data.
- • You will be a direct communicator, able to walk a skeptical stakeholder through a complex finding and get buy-in quickly.
- • You will be an owner, taking responsibility for your work and feeling accountable for delivering impact.
- • You will have 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- • You will have strong analytical skills, ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- • You will have a track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
- • You will be a clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at the leadership level.
