• • As a Senior Product Designer specializing in Integrations at Typeform, you will be at the forefront of shaping how our innovative platform connects with the vast ecosystem of tools that our customers rely on daily. This pivotal role is designed for an experienced designer who thrives on creating seamless, intuitive, and powerful user experiences within a complex and rapidly evolving digital landscape.
• • You will own the product design strategy for the entire Integrations domain. This encompasses critical areas such as the Apps and Integrations catalog, the Connect Panel, Alloy-powered integrations, and various other workflow entry points. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring these components are not only functional but also delightful and easy for our users to navigate and leverage.
• • Your primary objective will be to elevate the overall quality, coherence, and user-friendliness of integration experiences across the Typeform product. By focusing on user-centric design principles, you will make it significantly easier for our diverse customer base to discover, connect, and manage the integrations that are essential for automating their mission-critical workflows.
• • This is a senior individual contributor role, offering a unique opportunity to make a substantial impact. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to conceptualize and execute the long-term design vision for integrations. This vision must be strategically aligned with Typeform's broader Platform and Intelligence strategy, ensuring that our integration capabilities scale effectively and support the future growth of the company.
• • The Integrations team is dedicated to ensuring Typeform functions harmoniously within the broader toolset our customers utilize. You will be a key player in designing and building the experiences that empower users to discover integrations, establish connections swiftly, and automate workflows across different platforms. This includes refining the user journey within the Apps and Integrations catalog, optimizing the Connect Panel, enhancing Alloy-powered integrations, and contributing to the underlying systems that robustly support these connections.
• • You will work in close partnership with teams across Platform, Intelligence, and with external Ecosystem partners. This cross-functional collaboration is vital for ensuring that our integrations scale reliably and efficiently as Typeform continues to expand its offerings and user base.
• • Your responsibilities will span the entire design lifecycle, from initial discovery and research through to final execution and delivery. This includes conducting user research, performing usability testing, and critically analyzing insights to inform and iterate on design decisions.
• • You will be tasked with translating complex technical capabilities and functionalities into clear, simple, and elegant product experiences that resonate with users of all technical backgrounds.
