• • You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and scaling innovative solutions that are critical to enhancing our user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. This involves a deep dive into optimizing user journeys and ensuring a smooth, efficient experience for our clients and their global workforces.

You will work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate complex requirements into scalable, high-quality software solutions. This cross-functional synergy ensures that we deliver impactful features that align with Pebl’s ambitious growth objectives and uphold our commitment to innovation.
• • Your technical responsibilities will encompass architecting, developing, and maintaining robust applications and services. We leverage a modern tech stack, primarily utilizing TypeScript, Postgres, and AWS within a serverless architecture. This includes hands-on experience with services like AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and S3, allowing you to build highly available and cost-effective solutions.
• • A core aspect of this role involves optimizing systems and processes to directly influence customer acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics. You will be challenged to think critically about how our platform can better serve our users and drive business growth through technical excellence.
