• • As a ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer specializing in SAM Pro, you will lead, coach, and mentor a team of engineers delivering professional services projects for enterprise customers using the Now Platform.
• • Day to day, you will interface with end-users, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements for SAM Pro, customize ServiceNow applications, configure integrations via REST/SOAP, implement CMDB and discovery solutions, and ensure smooth rollout of workflows, work orders, and inventory modules.
• • You will be part of NewRocket, a global AI-first Elite ServiceNow Partner with two decades of experience helping enterprises adopt trusted AI-driven solutions on the ServiceNow platform, known for going beyond workflows to create innovative customer experiences.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro, ITSM, ITOM, and CSM, earn multiple certifications through official training, and develop leadership skills by guiding technical teams on complex, large-scale implementations while contributing to operational documentation and incident resolution.
