📋 Description
- • As a Strategy and Analytics Analyst at Stripe, you will serve as the go-to expert for your business area, partnering directly with the Head of SDC to deliver data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions and operational improvements. Your work will directly contribute to Stripe’s mission of increasing the GDP of the internet by enabling smarter, faster, and more impactful business decisions across the organization.
- • Day to day, you will wrangle large, complex datasets using SQL to develop metrics and dashboards, perform analyses to identify trends and risks, build models, and deliver actionable insights to leadership. You will own executive-facing reporting, partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Ops, Finance, Product/Engineering, and Data Science, and drive operational excellence by optimizing business rhythms, planning cycles, and ROI-focused decision-making.
- • You will join the Strategy & Analytics Internal Systems and SDC team, a strategic partner organization embedded within Stripe’s Internal Systems and SDC org. This team creates the engineering infrastructure and runs internal operations that enable Stripe’s global scale, and you will be instrumental in ensuring timely, reliable, high-quality data flows to stakeholders across the company.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in strategic analytics, stakeholder influence, and operational execution at a global technology leader. You will learn to connect high-level strategy with granular data details, lead mission-critical projects, and shape business outcomes through data—positioning yourself for growth into senior strategic or operational leadership roles.
