📋 Description

• The 2D Art Generalist will own the execution of 2D art for NFL Universe Football, a leading Roblox sports experience with millions of players, ensuring high-quality visuals that enhance gameplay and seasonal events.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include designing UI elements (icons, menus, HUDs, pop-ups), creating promotional and seasonal content (banners, event graphics, animated emojis, in-game offers), collaborating with engineers and designers to refine layouts and interactions, maintaining visual language, optimizing assets across devices, contributing to UX discussions, and participating in team reviews and feedback sessions.
• Voldex is a leading remote-first gaming studio powering top Roblox titles like Brookhaven, Driving Empire, and NFL Universe Football, serving over 160 million monthly active players globally with a team of 95+ full-time remote members since 2015.
• In this role, the artist will deepen expertise in game UI/UX, seasonal live-ops art production, cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment, and contribute to visuals seen by millions of football and gaming fans, building a strong portfolio in live-service game art.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating polished 2D UI and assets within a game environment
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere, or comparable design software
• Hands-on experience creating functional UI elements for game titles
• Strong foundation in drawing, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling
• Understanding of production pipelines and asset optimization
• Strong communication skills for remote work and ability to apply constructive feedback
