📋 Description

• As a 3D Art Generalist on Driving Empire, you will help shape the immersive world explored by millions of Roblox players daily, creating high-quality 3D assets that define the game’s visual identity and player experience.
• You will design, model, and deliver optimized 3D assets including buildings, environmental props, partnership content, and cityscapes, following established art pipelines and collaborating closely with the Art Lead to ensure timely, high-quality integration into the live game.
• You will join Voldex Services Inc., a leading remote-first Roblox studio behind top-tier games like Brookhaven and NFL Universe Football, serving over 160 million monthly active players with a global team of 95+ full-time remote professionals.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Roblox-specific 3D production, refine your ability to balance artistic vision with technical performance constraints, and contribute to live-service content that reaches a massive global audience, advancing your crafting audience.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a 3D Artist in Roblox or equivalent freelance/independent game development experience
• Strong Roblox Studio experience with deep understanding of optimization and performance best practices
• Strong knowledge of mesh topology, efficient asset creation, and optimization techniques
• Portfolio showcasing Roblox environments, buildings, houses, map locations, or similar stylized game worlds
• Ability to adapt to and execute within an established art style
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, feedback-oriented mindset
