• • Plasmidsaurus LLC is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused A/R Billing Contractor to join our dynamic Finance team for an estimated six-month contract period. • • As an A/R Billing Contractor, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, playing a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes. Your primary responsibility will involve direct engagement with our valued customers to address a wide range of billing inquiries. This includes meticulously monitoring and managing the dedicated Accounts Receivable (AR) email inbox, ensuring that all customer requests are handled with promptness and professionalism.
• • You will be the go-to person for customers seeking clarification on purchase orders, invoices, payments, credits, and account statements. Your ability to clearly communicate financial information and resolve queries efficiently will be paramount to maintaining strong customer relationships and fostering trust.
• • A key aspect of this role involves a willingness and aptitude to learn and apply billing best practices to our existing business processes. You will be expected to understand and execute our billing procedures, contributing to their ongoing refinement and efficiency. This includes ensuring all billing is accurate, compliant, and aligned with company policies.
