- • Data Center Calendar Clerk is a full-time seasonal role (April-August 2026) responsible for collecting and entering nationwide school schedule data into Comscore’s calendar system to support media measurement accuracy.
- • Day-to-day tasks include preparing and sorting source documents, interpreting and entering alphanumeric data, resolving inconsistencies by contacting document originators, verifying data accuracy, maintaining work records, correcting errors via error reports, and transmitting data into databases while managing document filing or routing.
- • The role is part of Comscore’s data operations team, supporting cross-platform media measurement by ensuring timely and accurate calendar data ingestion for television and home entertainment analytics.
- • The position offers hands-on experience in data entry, document management, and quality control within a fast-paced, remote environment, with opportunities to develop attention to detail, communication skills, and familiarity with media industry data workflows.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- • 1+ years of experience in analytical, research, or problem-solving roles
- • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- • Effective communication skills for coordinating across teams and external document originators
- • Interest or knowledge in the television and home entertainment industry is a plus
