📋 Description

• As a Deployment Strategist at Promise Holdings, Inc., you will be on the front lines of impact, owning outcomes rather than tasks by working directly with government and utility partners to understand their operations, pain points, and goals, then translating those insights into scalable solutions that drive measurable results in adoption, efficiency, revenue impact, and customer success.
• You will build real solutions by partnering with Forward Deployed Engineers to design and deliver systems that integrate seamlessly into customer workflows, own outcomes from implementation through renewal and expansion, deeply understand customer problems by getting into the weeds of their operations and data, drive value and growth through actionable plans that boost adoption and efficiency, turn field insights into innovation by influencing product direction, operate with intensity by anticipating problems and tackling ambiguity, and communicate with conviction to build trusted relationships across all levels of customer organizations.

• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in public sector technology deployment, strengthen your ability to translate complex operational challenges into scalable technical solutions, grow your strategic and analytical skills in driving customer outcomes and revenue impact, and gain experience influencing product strategy from real-world field insights while contributing to meaningful change in how vulnerable populations access essential services.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience driving real outcomes in consulting, strategy, implementation, or customer success, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or govtech environments
• Builder’s mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and focus on building systems that work effectively in real-world settings
• Strong analytical horsepower, including fluency in data, financial models, and metrics that define success, used to guide decision-making and demonstrate impact
